THE ROLE
The Appointment
LIFEGUARD is seeking a reliable, discreet and highly professional Private Driver to support a foreign diplomatic mission in Vienna.
The role is suited to a disciplined individual with excellent driving skills, strong situational awareness and a clear understanding of confidentiality, protocol and professional conduct in an international environment.

Responsibilites
- Safe, discreet and professional driving for mission personnel, guests and authorised visitors
- Support for official appointments, airport transfers, delegations and sensitive movements
- Daily vehicle checks, readiness, presentation and documentation
- Route familiarisation and movement preparation
- Maintaining strict confidentiality at all times
- Identifying and reporting relevant safety or security concerns
- Professional interaction with mission personnel, service providers and external counterparts
Candiate Profile
Candidates should demonstrate:
- Prior military, law-enforcement, security, medical, or professional driving experience preferred
- Excellent driving record and valid driving licence
- Calm and disciplined manner
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Good situational awareness
- Discretion and sound judgement
- Willingness to work flexibly where required
- Good English; German is strongly preferred
- First aid certified (participate in ongoing medical/first responder training)
- The ideal candidate will maintain impeccable standards of personal presentation, vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness at all times
Security Vetting
Due to the sensitive nature of the appointment, all shortlisted candidates will be subject to background and security screening, including review by relevant law-enforcement and state security authorities where required and legally permissible.
